Prime Location
Villa Matt is located down a small laneway that runs directly off Seminyak’s celebrated ‘Eat Street’. It is within easy walking distance to a wide choice of popular restaurants and there is never a need for transportation when dining out.

Seminyak is the preferred place to be for seasoned travellers looking to party, spa, shop or just chill out during their time in Bali. There are some great boutiques, home-ware galleries and branded outlets in the area. The beach is close and the airport is just a 20 minute drive by car.

Tropical Living
Villa Matt has a simple L-shape design that follows the rectangular shape of the pool and embraces the healthy attributes of outdoor living. The entire compound is open to the elements of the tropics and bathed in natural sunlight.

The living environment is an elongated space that incorporates a dining area and functional kitchen facility. A matching pair of sofas in a warm shade of grey is positioned to create an inviting spot to sit and unwind or take pleasure in the home-entertainment system.

Private Sleeping Quarters
All three bedrooms face the pool and are similar in size and styling. Each room showcases a predominantly white decor with contrasting black accents and distinctive artworks for heightened visual appeal.

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom that continues the minimalist look that is evident throughout Villa Matt. Facilities include a practical rain-shower cubicle and stone hand basin for full bathing efficiency.

Outdoor Charm
Villa Matt has been designed for guests to make the most of Bali’s climate. The pool is large enough to swim laps as well as beat the heat of the day. A trio of reclining bed are positioned at the far end of the pool but can be easily moved to follow the rays of the sun.

The main focal point of this outdoor space is a wide timber deck that simply lends itself to range of activities such as alfresco dining, evening drinks or an on-call massage treatment by the pool. A narrow strip of native palms injects a dash of tropical greenery into this casual area.
