Strategic Location
Villa Aulia is located in the outskirt of Seminyak, a largely residential area that is relatively close to the non-stop tourism activity of Legian and Kuta. It is just a short drive from some of Bali’s trendiest boutiques, restaurants and nightlife options.

The nearest beach for a day of local surf culture is posited at the end of Jalan Double Six. It is a great spot to soak up the sun, catch a few waves or take pleasure in the island’s celebrated sunset. Ngurah Rai International airport is a 25 minute journey by car.

Simple Villa Design
Villa Aulia is nestled within the walls of a Balinese-styled compound complete with a private swimming pool and a neat patch of garden. This peaceful setting promises absolute relaxation away from the crowds of other holidaymakers.

The main living environment is an open-plan space that incorporates a compact kitchen, dining table and sitting area. It is tastefully furnished with a soft grey sofa and matching bench seat along with oversized floor cushions in a contrasting shade of colour.

Stylish Bedroom Suites
Identical bedrooms on either side of the living room are positioned to ensure full adult privacy. Each room is stylishly decorated with timber furnishings, local artworks and a double bed fitted with an overhead mosquito canopy.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom facility with just a small vanity and shower recess to freshen up before heading out. There is also ample wardrobe space for the safe storage of luggage and holiday shopping items.

Charming Outdoor Area
The outdoor area of Villa Aulia is a small space dominated by the crystal clear waters of a rectangular shaped swimming pool. This is edged by well-tended garden of native palms and plants to inject a touch of tropical greenery.

Conventional sun-beds have been replaced by funky all-weather beanbags that can be easily moved around the garden throughout the course of the day. These lightweight beanbags can also be used as additional seating in the living room when everyone gathers to chat or watch TV.
