Agra-Ria is a truly refreshing blend of wine with basil leaves, orange slices, tangerine juice and soda water. The other two are fruity takes on sangria. The watermelon sun-gria, which is also pleasing to the eyes with its splashes of colour – wine with watermelon juice, vodka, triple sec, and garnished with frozen watermelon cubes, lime, orange and sugar – matches the sunset hues. The fruit sung-gria is a sparkling option, with orange, blueberries and strawberries.

The main signature cocktail line-up includes great selections available by the glass (IDR 128,000) and by the jug (IDR 580,000), with quirky names such as ‘Rezunset’ and ‘Forbidden SKAI’. Rezunset is a blend of vodka, apple and peach syrup, mango and orange juice and lime wedges. Forbidden SKAI might have been named for its sinful deliciousness, combining dry gin, syrup, lychees, lime wedges, mint leaves and tonic. The pieces of lychees add a sweet treat with every swig.

Those feeling peckish will relish in the seasonal delights created by Chef Bradley Pittman, and there’s almost always something different on the menu to try out. The popular permanent choices include tequila ceviche of salmon and scallop, or the serving of Mexican cheese and fondue. If you’re really hungry after the dip, you may go for a satisfying SKAI ultimate salad sandwich served with French fries, or sticky pork spare ribs served with baked potatoes and sweet corn.

Live DJs do their gigs five days a week, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
