Situated on Jalan Laksmana Seminyak, your villa is in a prime location, walking distance to the restaurant strip of upmarket restaurants, boutique shopping, Champagne Bar, Casa Deli and many more facilities.

Living Area
Directly facing the pool with the kitchen and dining areas behind, you can unwind seated on a comfortable rattan couch with footstool and coffee table all matching. The tropical garden surrounding these two separate pavilions adds a complexity of color to ones view.

Kitchen
The kitchen and dining areas overlook the pool. The kitchen is a large, open space with counter top and there are a couple of bar stools to relax and enjoy a drink.

Ville Esmee has all the modern conveniences required. Fridge, water dispenser, cooktop, cutlery and crockery to meet the needs of the chef within you or alternatively get someone to come and cook so you can enjoy a romantic meal at home.

Dining Area
Listen to the sounds of your new CD, watch the latest game or that exciting new DVD as you sit down to have a meal in the dining space. A beautiful, wooden rectangular dining table and 4 chairs await you. Above local artwork adds color to the space.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Opposite to the kitchen and dining areas are the two air-conditioned bedrooms. These are under a separate roof and overlook the glistening waters of the pool.

Outside the rooms is a range of furniture to sit upon. A small wooden table and chair setting to one side, a wooden settee with table at the opposite end, and a wooden chair swing to while away those hours, relaxing and reading that enthralling book or playing a game.

The bedrooms are a good size and have a poster bed, bedside tables and lamp, a TV and wardrobe in the room. Within the wardrobe is a security box to place your valuables in when away.

The bathrooms are en-suites, with doors leading from the bedrooms. They have a single basin with light above for putting on that make up at night or when brushing your teeth. A shower and toilet are also within this space and on one side of the bathroom the roof has been cleverly enclosed with fly wire to prevent insects from entering.

Swimming Pool
You can take a swim anytime day or night in your own private pool within your secure, enclosed villa. The pool is rectangular in shape and at one end has two, wooden sun lounges to sunbath and relax upon. Enjoy the surrounding tropical foliage and when you get back home your friends will be envious of your suntan.
